Sketchbook for Self-Care Featuring Rene Taiyrova

Join us in this continuation of the Sketchbook for Self-Care online series. Leah Shuck will lead a short settle-in with breathwork and movement, followed by a glimpse into Rene Taiyrova's sketchbook practice. The remaining time will be available for participants to work in their own sketchbooks.

Many art educators are also practicing artists, but our art-making and self-care often take a backseat to over-commitment and burnout during the school year, so please consider joining us as we explore sketchbook practices for self-care. While this practice is for YOU, these experiences and tools are transferable into the classroom.

Participants will receive 1 hour of Act 48 credit.
