Whether you use your sketchbook to brainstorm a work project, capture daily observations, imagine a fantasy world, or just unwind with mindful doodles, a sketchbook becomes a unique record of your thoughts and creativity.
Join other sketchers at this informal, every-other-Friday gathering led by local artist and illustrator Isiah Botelho. Each session begins with a fun drawing prompt to spark ideas, encourage conversation, and inspire exploration. Participants can draw at their own pace and comfortably share their work if they choose.
What to Bring
- Your sketchbook
- Your preferred drawing tools (pens, markers, pencils, etc.)
Basic supplies will also be available.
No pressure, no judgment, no guilt, just creativity, community, and good vibes.
About the Instructor
Isiah Botelho is a traditional and digital illustrator from New Bedford, Massachusetts, specializing in character design, cover art, and sequential illustration. His warm, approachable teaching style creates a welcoming space for artists of all levels.
