Do I have to be part of a team to sign up?

No. This workshop is beneficial for individuals and teams alike. This public workshop is geared toward individual participation unlocking participant gifts and a better understanding of innate strengths and weaknesses.

Is public speaking required?

Accepted Answer

No. We hold our workshops with desks in a horseshoe formation. This makes for a more intimate environment where speaking feels conversational. We operate always with an "ask" and never a "tell" mantra, meaning that we invite people to participate as they feel called.

Question 3

Why do I take the assessment up front and not get the results until halfway through the workshop?

Accepted Answer

We have found through many workshops that participants find it more beneficial to learn the model first (with time for self-reflection) before viewing the results. Polling results have shown that groups feel that advanced results would lead to cognitive bias.
