This special evening is a collaboration with Brother B’s Fungi, an artisan grower and forager based locally in Port Orchard. Known for their small-batch gourmet mushrooms and sustainable cultivation methods, Brother B’s brings their expertise from the forest to the table, adding insight into how these remarkable fungi are grown and harvested right here in the Pacific Northwest.
