About This Sit
What if you didn’t have to “fix” yourself to be worthy of rest, love, or care?
Sit With It is a 44-minute self-compassion meditation space with myisha t hill, created for folks moving through grief, burnout, recovery, illness, and everyday overwhelm. Together, we’ll slow down, breathe, and practice staying with our feelings without judgment, without forcing, without rushing to “be better.”
This is not about performance or perfection. It’s about building a tiny pocket of regular practice where your nervous system, your tenderness, and your humanity are welcome.
When We Meet (December 2025)
All times are Pacific (PST)
- Tuesdays at 12:00 pm (Noon) – Dec 2, 9, 16, 23, 30
- Wednesdays at 7:00 am – Dec 3, 10, 17, 24 (no session Dec 31 – New Year’s Eve)
- Thursdays at 7:00 pm – Dec 4, 11, 18 (no session Dec 25 – Christmas Day)
Each sit is 44 minutes long. Come to one, a few, or all - your presence is enough!
What to Expect
Each 44-minute sit will include:
- A brief landing + grounding invitation
- A guided self-compassion meditation led by myisha
- Gentle prompts to notice what’s happening in your body and heart
- Time for quiet integration at the end (no pressure to share)
You’re welcome to have your camera on or off, lie down or sit, bring your tea, your blanket, and your whole, messy self. Tears, numbness, laughter, fatigue - all of it belongs.
Who This Is For
This space is especially for you if:
- You’re feeling the external system collapse and navigating burnout, grief, long-term illness, or recovery
- You’re used to holding everyone else and struggle to extend that same care to yourself
- You want a simple, low-pressure practice to start rebuilding self-trust and self-compassion
- You’re craving community energy without needing to perform or explain
All identities and experiences are welcome. We center tenderness, liberation, and non-performative healing.
Pricing – Pay What You Can
This is a pay-what-you-can offering, with contributions starting at $11.11.
- Choose $11.11 and any higher amount that feels right and resourced
- Your contribution helps sustain myisha’s ongoing healing, care, and community work
No one will be shamed for what they can or cannot give. Self-compassion includes being honest about your capacity - financial, emotional, and energetic. If you are experiencing resource scarcity and cannot make a contribution, complete the scholarship form (we never turn anyone away for lack of funds at Heal Your Way Forward).
