Sisters Rising: A Journey Home to Self
Overview
There is a knowing inside you that has never forgotten your worth. A part of you that understands boundaries are not walls but sacred thresholds. A wisdom that lives in your body, waiting to be remembered.
Sisters Rising is an invitation to come home to yourself.
This 2-hour trauma-informed gathering creates a safe, nurturing space for 6 women to explore:
✨ Somatic Practices - Gentle nervous system awareness and grounding techniques to support your inner landscape
✨ Guided Meditation - A journey to connect with the part of you that stands firmly in her power, boundaries, and energy
✨ Movement & Dance - An embodied exploration through somatic movement as a pathway to release and remembering
✨ Sacred Circle - Witnessing and being witnessed in a space of non-judgment and sisterhood
✨ Reflection & Journaling - Time to integrate and honour what wants to emerge
No experience necessary. No pressure to perform or "get it right." Just bring yourself as you are.
This is about remembering, releasing, and rising... together.

A Note About This Space
This workshop is an exploratory, embodied experience for personal growth and self-awareness. It is not therapy or counseling.
I hold space as a trauma-informed facilitator and can offer grounding support if needed, however participants are asked to take responsibility for their own wellbeing and emotional capacity during the workshop.
If you're currently working with a therapist or counselor, this workshop can beautifully complement that work. If you're in acute crisis, please reach out to a mental health professional first.
