I REALLY wish I had an experienced holistic, health-minded mentor when I began biohacking over 15 years ago. My friends and I stumbled along trying new things with google mom as our guide. As I’m finishing up my 50th year on this planet, I’m choosing to be the person I needed 15 years ago.

Anyone in the early stages of choosing the eudaemonic (a contented state of being happy and healthy and prosperous) life, or who is living the life, but maybe has gotten stuck along the way. Positive vibes welcome in whatever phase of life.
