Do I have to be a photographer to join?

Heck no, if you have a device with a lens and a desire to hangout in a group of old and new homies while sipping some good coffee or matcha, you're good to join

Can I bring my film camera, flash, equipment?

Bring any camera set up you'd like, but we do recommend you keep it light since we'll be walking a bit.

Is there a follow-up activity to the photowalk?

We can hangout and share our experience, but not required!

Overview

Let's link up downtown and capture some hard surfaces and soft light. No photo snobbery, just hangs and homies.

Sip on a made-to-order Ripe coffee or matcha, bring your favorite camera or handy camera phone, and let's capture some architecture and light in Downtown Miami.

We'll start by meeting at Miami Sound Bar, grab your bevs, and hit the road.

We'll take the Metromover at First Street Station to Freedom Tower, then back to Government Center. We'll end the afternoon hanging out on E Flagler Street at El Primo Red Tacos, for optional bites, to share our photos and experience.
