This curated evening features an 8–10 course omakase-style menu crafted by the chefs at Sushi Confidential — showcasing pristine seafood, premium meats, and seasonal produce. This is not just raw fish — the menu highlights a wide range of flavors and textures, from delicate sashimi to artfully prepared cooked dishes. Each course will be paired with premium wines from a featured California winery (to be announced soon!), carefully selected to complement and elevate the experience.
