Unwind from your day and treat your body to a soothing experience with Sip, Stretch & Restore — a unique blend of restorative yin yoga and ceremonial cacao designed to help you slow down, stretch out, and feel grounded. ✨ We’ll begin the evening with a warm cup of ceremonial cacao, known for its gentle heart-opening and mood-lifting properties.

Think of it as a natural way to shift gears — calming the mind and preparing the body to fully relax. From there, we’ll move into a restorative yin yoga session focused on deep stretches, supported poses, and intentional breath.


This practice is perfect for anyone looking to release tension, improve flexibility, and leave feeling refreshed — no experience needed. Expect: Long, supported holds to release physical tightness Guided breathwork to activate your parasympathetic nervous system (the “rest and digest” mode).
