Each week, in partnership with Soul Balance Wellness, we will focus on three energy centers, progressing from root to divine. Here's the structure of each 2-hour session:
- 12:00 PM – 12:30 PM: Gentle Restorative Yoga practice focused on the week’s chakra theme
- 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM: Hands-on tea blending session (participants make 3 herbal blends targeting that week’s energy centers) with Gaia
- 1:30 PM – 1:45 PM: Guided chakra-aligned sound bath using crystal singing bowls (tea steeps during this time)
- 1:45 PM – 2:00 PM: Tea sipping circle, reflective discussion, or mini closing ritual
Participants leave each week with:
- Three personalized chakra-aligned tea blends
- A deeper understanding of their energetic body
- A journal prompt + affirmation
- A sense of calm, clarity, and connection
