Sip & Smudge: a sound and tea ritual for renewal

As the year comes to a close, we gather in the golden light of afternoon to release what we no longer wish to carry and make space for renewal.

Join Sabrina of Kanekshun for a mindful afternoon blending creativity, ritual, and sound. Together, we will craft our own smudge bundles using sacred herbs, florals, and plants, each chosen for its cleansing and protective energy, to be used in your personal rituals as the new year begins.

As the sun begins to set, we will sip intentional herbal tea and settle into a restorative sound bath, letting the vibrations clear the mind and heart. This gathering is both a reflection and a rebirth, a moment to honor what has been, cleanse the energy around and within, and welcome what’s to come.
