Sip and Sketch is more than just an art class — it’s an experience designed to help you relax, recharge, and rediscover your inner strength through the gentle flow of neurographic art. 🎨 What to Expect: You’ll be guided through a peaceful drawing session with soothing music, step-by-step instruction, and a supportive atmosphere. Don’t worry if you’re “not an artist” — this isn’t about perfection; it’s about self-expression and release. By the end of the session, you’ll walk away feeling refreshed, empowered, and ready to rejoin the world with a renewed sense of calm and confidence.

Bring your favorite drink of choice — whether it’s coffee, tea, juice, or something sparkling — and enjoy it while you create.

🖍️ All Materials Provided:
We’ll have everything you need for your artwork — paper, pens, and supplies — just bring yourself and your imagination!

🗓️ Weekly Creative Therapy Sessions:
Join us Thursday from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM for a new Sip and Sketch experience. Each class will feature a different theme or creative focus, but all sessions will center on the therapeutic process of art — helping you find peace, presence, and joy through creativity.

👨‍👩‍👧 Family-Friendly Environment:
This event is designed for ages 5 and up. There will be a designated play area for children ages 7 and under, allowing parents and guardians to focus fully on their creative experience. A child area monitor will be present to help keep an eye on little ones; however, this is not a childcare service, and parents remain responsible for their children. The setup simply makes it easier for everyone to relax and enjoy the time together!
