Learn about what you need to do to prepare for the homebuying and mortgage pre-approval process, the steps in making an offer, and meet, connect, and support other womxn in the community - all while enjoying delicious beverages (alcoholic or nonalcoholic) and conversation at Seattle's favorite woman owned bottle shop just south of the Ballard Bridge in Salmon Bay: Lucy's Bottle Shop!
Zero pressure, only education, in an intimate, low key, conversational (and of course, fun!) format!

5:30-6:00pm: check in and get your drink
6:00-7:00pm homebuying conversation
7:00-7:30pm: questions, mingle, shop
Our why: Did you know that nationally, women make up 58% of homebuyers, surpassing all other buyers? This was really brought to our attention when we realized that 65% of our buyers have been either female identifying or single. We also noticed the need for support, connection, and empowerment throughout all groups to show that:
YOU CAN DO IT, TOO.

Lucy’s is a wine bar, bottle shop, and space for discovering the world in a glass. They feature small batch makers, BIPOC artisans, queer and women owned vineyards. Bottles available for purchase. Homebuying education.RSVP required to attend, space is limited. 21+
