Sip & Savor Series: An Evening with Whiskey

We are thrilled to announce our next Sip & Savor Series event collaborating with liquor partner Sazerac! Join us for an unforgettable evening of exquisite flavors, from craft cocktails, straight rye whiskey, and tastes from our Executive Chef.
Event Highlights:
- Amuse Bouche: Duck breast confit on a bed of polenta crisp
- Appetizer: Bacon-wrapped figs
- Salad Course: Arugula and pear calad with bourbon honey vinaigrette
- Entrée: Braised short rib on bed of cheddar mashed potatoes topped with raspberry demi and served with bourbon brown sugar root mixed veggie
- Dessert: Bourbon creme-brulee topped with candied pecans and bourbon caramel
Drink Pairings:
Throughout the evening, you'll enjoy straight pours of Sazerac Rye, whiskey sours with Buffalo Trace, 1792 small batch whiskey, and Traveller American whiskey, finishing with a bourbon espresso martini with Buffalo Trace and Bourbon Cream.
Our talented Executive Chef will guide you through each dish, while the Sazerac team will provide fascinating insights into their distilling operation and the traditional methods they utilize.
