Join us this Juneteenth weekend for an immersive experience of healing, movement, and ancestral connection. On Saturday, June 21st from 3–5 PM at the newly opened Black woman-owned YogaSix Mount Kisco, come sip tea, move your body, and celebrate Black wellness traditions.

You'll hear exclusive snippets from I Am Well, a new sound-immersive audio series hosted by Rachel J. Pilgrim exploring healing practices across the African Diaspora. Enjoy a candlelit yoga class and workshop led by YogaSix Lead Teacher Symone Lassic, sip and shop herbal teas designed for your nervous system from The Land of Milk & Honey Apothecary®️, and share in conversation about liberation, care, and tradition with our two hosts.
