Join us the Sunday after the summer solstice on June 22nd for a one-of-a-kind experience at Broken Bow Brewery that blends mindful awareness with craft beer, reflection, and community.
Event Description
You’ll be guided through a sensory beer meditation, tuning into the taste, aroma, and feel of your brew in a completely new way. Then, you’ll move into quiet journaling prompts and an optional sharing circle, all designed to help you slow down, process, and soak up the energy of the season.
Led by Tulsi, a certified yoga and meditation teacher who believes mindfulness belongs in real-life spaces—from yoga studios to breweries.
This event is perfect for anyone who enjoys great beer and is curious about mindfulness. No experience required. LIMITED SPOTS AVAILABLE!
Tickets are $30. Each ticket includes one beer.

Not at all! This event is beginner-friendly and designed for all levels. Whether you’re new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, you’ll be guided every step of the way.
It’s a guided mindfulness experience that uses all five senses to help you fully savor and enjoy a craft beer. Through breathwork, guided prompts, and meditation techniques, you’ll explore aroma, flavor, texture, and your present-moment awareness.
Absolutely! Broken Bow Brewery has plenty of NA options!
Sharing is completely optional. We offer a relaxed and supportive environment, and you’re welcome to simply listen and reflect quietly if you prefer.
No yoga postures are involved in this experience. It’s a seated mindfulness practice combined with beer tasting and self-reflection.
The session will last approximately one hour, including meditation, journaling, optional sharing, and a closing cheers.
Just bring yourself! We’ll provide all materials. You’re welcome to bring your own notebook/pen if you’d like.
