Sip & Flow - Roots and Rhythm with Tasha Edwards
Overview
Roots & Rhythm is an accessible, grounding flow that offers space to move in harmony with who you are and how you feel. Tasha guides you through nurturing movement, gentle transitions, and mindful breathwork that support presence, softness, and authentic expression. Her approach centers ease and connection, creating a class where you can root deeply, flow freely, and honor your natural rhythm.
Tasha’s teaching invites you to slow down, listen inward, and explore movement in a way that feels supportive rather than demanding. It’s a practice shaped by compassion, joy, and the freedom to simply be.
This experience is BYOW, and guests are welcome to bring a bottle they enjoy. Sample wine tastings will be provided as part of the Sip & Flow atmosphere, adding a warm, communal touch to this grounding class.
It’s an opportunity to reconnect, nurture your energy, and return to yourself with greater ease.
