Sip & Flow - Rooted and Resilent by Robyn Moore

Sip & Flow - Rooted and Resilent by Robyn Moore

By Healthy Living & Wine

Overview

Strong grounding, deep breathing, and mindful movement designed to soften energetic blocks and restore inner resilience.

Some movement is about doing more. This one is about listening differently.

Rooted & Resilient explores how grounding, breath, and mindful motion can create space where the body feels supported enough to let go. Through steady, breath-centered movement, Robyn guides participants into a practice that invites awareness of the subtle ways tension, restriction, and protection live beneath the surface.

The focus is not on pushing past limits, but on noticing what softens when you slow down. Deep breathing anchors the body while intentional movement encourages release, clarity, and a renewed sense of inner steadiness. Expect a class that feels reflective, restorative, and quietly strengthening.

This experience is BYOW, and guests are welcome to bring a bottle they enjoy. Sample wine tastings will be offered as part of the Sip & Flow atmosphere, creating a relaxed, communal close to the evening.

Rooted & Resilient offers time to reconnect with yourself, move with honesty, and leave feeling grounded, capable, and restored.

Robyn Moore is a yoga instructor and the founder of MiYOGA Yoga Studio in Huntsville, Alabama, where her work centers on intentional living, presence, and connection. Her teaching blends mindful breathing and conscious movement with an appreciation for how nature, stillness, and grounding practices support the body and spirit.

A mother of three with a background in corporate leadership, Robyn’s path into wellness was shaped by intuition, personal growth, and a desire to create spaces where people can slow down and reconnect. Her studies and experiences span across the U.S. and internationally, informing a teaching style that feels thoughtful, rooted, and accessible.

Within the Sip & Root experience, Robyn invites guests to honor the body’s natural wisdom, release what no longer serves them, and cultivate a deeper sense of calm and clarity. Her approach encourages presence, intention, and gentle reflection — offering space to breathe, reset, and reconnect with what grounds you.
