Instructor Will Provide

- Live demonstration of traditional matcha whisking techniques
- Comparison and discussion of ceremonial vs. culinary grade matcha
Participants Will
- Prepare ceremonial matcha and/or milled hojicha for tasting
- Create personalized matcha or milled hojicha lattes using a selection of milks
(whole, almond and oat milks) and styles

- How to use traditional tea tools: chasen (bamboo whisk), chawan (tea bowl), and chashaku (scoop).
