Frequently asked questions

Will there be non-alcoholic drinks available?

Yes! Sip & Style is always hosted at family friendly venues that include non-alcoholic drinks.

Do I have to arrive at 11am?

No, you may arrive anytime during the event! To enter the event area you will need to check in with the Positive Phee team. Only event guests are allowed to enter the Positive Phee Pop-Up.

Do I get to choose my drink?

Yes! Your 'sip" menu always includes a range of alcoholic and NA options.

Am I limited to a number of items per bag?

There is no item limit! Whatever fits in your bag is yours! Please be mindful of your fellow guests and do not over stuff your bag. If your items are higher than the top of the bag please purchase a second bag for just $25.

What if I would like more than one drink?

You can purchase as many additional drinks as you like.

What type of clothing is at this event?

Clothing (including jeans & swim), shoes and accessories are available. There is a mix of brands, styles and sizes available. Items are curated to fit the season we're in as much as possible.

Can I try on items?

Yes! We encourage you to try on items so that you can take away a closet refresh you will actually wear! There will be communal changing rooms available. We advise guests to wear clothing that is easy to try on items over such as leggings.

What do I do with the clothing hangers?

We ask you to please leave the hangers on the rack, this also creates more space in your bag for more treasures ;)

Why is the price more than the listed price?

In order to cover additional fees set by Eventbrite, the price is higher when paying on Eventbrite as it includes the additional fees charged to the host. There is also the option to send payment direct via one of the following payment methods: Zelle positivephee@gmail.com or Venmo @positive_phee

Can I get more than one bag per person?

Yes! On the day you are welcome to buy a second bag for $25! Just ask one of the Positive Phee team and we will assist you.

Are clothing donations required to attend?

Clothes donations are encouraged but not required for this event. Items can be brought to the event or dropped at Positive Phee in Hillcrest anytime. Contact Sophie (positivephee@gmail.com, @positive_phee on Instagram or via text 310 622 5975) to arrange drop-off.
