ABOUT THIS EVENT
Milonga & Mingle is a HTOWN MINGLE™ Social Club Mixer hosted by Celebrity Amber Townsend, Experience Curator and Founder of HTOWN MINGLE™.

This special night blends connection, tango, and community in one cozy, elevated experience at Simone on Sunset.
Singles, couples, and friends 35+ are all welcome to enjoy good music, good vibes, and intentional conversation together.

If you’ve been craving a grown, classy night out with real humans (not just screens), this evening is for you.

EVENING FLOW

– 4:00–7:00 PM – Happy Hour
Arrive early to enjoy Happy Hour specials from 4–7 PM at the bar before the event begins.

– 6:00–7:00 PM – Connection Hour
Check-in, mix, and mingle with guided conversation prompts and a warm welcome from Amber. This is your time to meet new people in a low-pressure, curated environment.

– 7:00–8:00 PM – Tango Class (Beginner-Friendly)
A fun, beginner-friendly tango class led by the dance studio.
No partner or prior dance experience required—come ready to try something new, laugh, and move.

– 8:00–9:00 PM – FREE Milonga (Social Dance)
Open social dance hour where you can practice your new steps, mingle, and enjoy the atmosphere.
Dance as much or as little as you like—standing, watching, and vibing are all welcome.

Note: HTOWN MINGLE™ also hosts elite singles-only experiences and business networking events. Those events are clearly labeled “Elite Singles” or “Biz Networking” in the title.

TICKETS & LOCATION

– Ticket: $29 per person
– Location: Simone on Sunset – Rice Village, Houston, TX
– Ages: 35+ preferred

MENU & FOOD STYLE

Simone on Sunset offers a full bar and kitchen with:

– Wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic options available for purchase
– Light bites and shareable plates available for purchase
– Happy Hour specials from 4:00–7:00 PM at the bar (arrive early to take advantage)
– Food and beverages are not included in your ticket price

Please come ready to support the venue by ordering a drink or bite if you’re able. 🥂

GOOD TO KNOW

– Doors open at 6:00 PM – you’re welcome to arrive early and enjoy Happy Hour 4:00–7:00 PM
– Tango class is beginner-friendly – no partner or experience required
– Free milonga (social dance) runs from 8:00–9:00 PM
– This event is a Social Club Mixer – singles, couples, and friends are all welcome
– Dress code: date-night chic – comfortable enough to move, elevated enough for photos
– Photos and video may be captured for HTOWN MINGLE™ marketing and social media

If you prefer not to be on camera, please let our team know at check-in.

TICKET POLICY

– No refunds – all sales are final
– Tickets may be transferred to:
– Another guest for the same event, or
– A future HTOWN MINGLE™ event of equal or lesser value (subject to availability)
– To request a transfer, please email htownmingle@gmail.com with your name, order number, and new guest name or preferred future event

We’ll do our best to accommodate transfers when requested at least 24 hours before the event start time.

– Honor personal space and consent, especially on the dance floor
– Follow venue guidelines regarding food, drink, and conduct
– Understand that guests who violate these standards may be asked to leave without refund
