The Sip & Dream Experience is a soft, spirit-led gathering designed for women who are ready to reconnect with themselves, their faith, and their dreams. We come together in our robes or PJs with our favorite drink  wine, tea, or something sweet — to share stories, wisdom, and encouragement.

Do I have to be spiritual or religious to join?

You don’t have to fit into any specific box to join. The conversations are rooted in faith, softness, and alignment with God — but all are welcome. We focus on connection, intention, and love. Whether you call it faith, energy, or divine alignment — you belong here.

What should I bring to the Zoom session?

Bring your favorite drink (wine, tea, smoothie — whatever feels cozy), a journal or notebook, and an open heart. That’s it! You can wear your robe, bonnet, or PJs — come as you are.

How long are the sessions?

Each Sip & Dream session lasts around 90 minutes — just enough time to fill your cup without feeling rushed. I’ve allotted extra time to allow for the flow of conversation to take place.
