Refund Policy

Tickets are non-refundable. All sales are final.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another guest by contacting us prior to the event start time.

No-Show Policy

Guests who do not check in by 8:00 PM will be considered no-shows.

No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows.

If the event is canceled by the venue, full refunds will be issued automatically.
