How will I know who matched with me?

At the end, guests write down who they’d like to match with, and will receive email matches later with in 24-48 hours (or you can exchange info directly if you prefer).

So what do I do when I arrive?

When each attendee arrives, will provide their name on a sign in sheet, followed with the name tag of their first name followed with the number between one and twenty four. You will both be split up into two different groups A&B group A is 1-12 group B Is 13-24.

Question 3

so after we split up in a group so what do we do?

At the bell, every person in Group B (13–24) moves one seat/table to the right (clockwise).
People in Group A (1–12) stay where they are.

Question 4

How long does each round last?

Accepted Answer

Each round will last  6 minutes. There will be four rounds of rotation towards the end of the last round. There will be an open mingle session towards the end of the event to grab tacos, drinks and food.
