The classes are 1.5 hours in length and all equipment-free, with an emphasis on breath and intuitive, personalized movement synced up to music player by a small upbeat sensual playlist.
After the class you will have rediscovered your sense of pleasure and sensuality through mobility exercises, stretches that enhance flexibility, squats, glute bridges, and little bit of cardio dances moves for fun!
Just bring your own mat and a bottle or 2 of water. A Complimentary wine beverage or similar will be given for each guest prior to class start to get the blood flowing!
Catered Food - All small brunch inspired meal will also be provided after workout for each guest curated by Get Wet Be Fit catering and chefs. (Sangeria, Orange Mimosas, Eggs, Bacon, Chicken & Waffles, Fruits, Coconut Water and more!)
