Single Malt R&D Session with Lagavulin Whisky

Join us for a brand supported R&D session with Lagavulin Single Malt Whisky. We'll sample different expressions of Single Malts from the Diageo portfolio, including Lagavulin, Talisker, and Oban. Bartenders are encouraged to bring their own creativity, with house-made syrups, jams, bitters, or other concoctions that could be applied into respective cocktail programs. A pantry list of juices and and mixers will be supplied by local Diageo rep and supplementary cordials and liqueurs will be available via Wang Jiang Lou's cocktail program. Light appetizers will be offered to attendees. Attendance will be capped at 15 guests.
