This workshop is a continuation of the last simple movement workshop. This workshop will continue with a recap of Simple Movement to Combat Everyday Aches & Pains and move onto the floor for a simple stretching routine and other stretches to combat specific body aches and pains such as lower back, hips, calves, shoulders, etc.

ALL events and activities are free AND open to the community. Most events do not require a registrations except for the cooking demonstrations.

The Wellness Center has a computer lab, kids play room and mini kitchen. The space is available for use by faith-based organizations and other non-profit community-based organizations.
