Rooftop Silent Track Run
Join us for a meaningful morning as we explore the power of silence and movement together. This special 5km rooftop run invites both the Deaf and hearing communities to connect through motion, mindfulness, and quiet reflection. Experience a calm and unique environment designed to deepen awareness and appreciation for communication beyond words.
Run-of-show (approx.):
6:00 AM – Registration opens
6:30 AM – Warm-up using visual cues from coaches (no amplified music)
7:00 AM – 5km run begins; pace markers and lap counters displayed using hand signals and visual boards
Post-run – Guided cool-down with visual prompts, light refreshments, and a quiet reflection space
Ear plugs will be provided at check-in - both a practical aid and a symbolic reminder to listen beyond sound.
Dress code: Activewear and running shoes.
Ticket pricing and payment: Tickets for this event are priced at RM35 per person. Please make your payment to the bank account provided below.
