Practicing silence is a beautiful way to cultivate inner peace, develop awareness and find mental clarity.

MEDITATION - We will be spending two days in silence, during this time we will be practicing different meditation styles

YOGA - Each day we will have mindful yoga practices exploring sensation and meditative movement

PRANAYAMA - Prana: life force energy Yama: Extension/expansion

Each morning with will explore pranayama breath practices

NOURISHING FOOD - A health reset - we will be nourished with healthy Ayurvedic food to improve digestion and increase energy, by our beautiful Chef Rosie, AKA the kitchen fairy

ACCOMODATION - We will be staying in a cosy retreat centre nestled in the hills of Bantry, option of shared, private and ensuite rooms ( exact location revealed upon booking)

DIGITAL DETOX - During the silent period, we will be taking a digital detox

- a break away from phones & devices for two days

Journalling and reading is encouraged

NATURE - We will be spending time outdoors connecting with nature. Some of the meditation practices will be in the forest.

CACAO - We will end our silent time with a warming cup of ceremonial cacao and a mantra song session

INTENTION : This retreat is intended to be a gentle introduction to the practice of silence and meditation and the profound benefits they can bring to your life.

This is not a vipassana retreat.

This retreat is intended to be a reset for your health - mind, body and spirit.

This space is an opportunity for you to align to a more peaceful and balanced version of you.

Silence can evoke the ineffable wonder of life

This retreat is for someone who:

  • needs a break and some time away to reset
  • seeks to go a little deeper into a meditation practice
  • needs to reduce stimulation/ dopamine detox
  • seeks creative inspiration
  • open to trying a new experience

Although not required, having meditation experience is recommended before coming on this retreat. Send me an email if you are unsure whether this retreat is right for you.
