**Even if you are vaccinated, masks are strongly recommended.**

To make this event safe and enjoyable for all attendees, please read the below guidelines ahead of buying a ticket, so you know what to expect on the day. To avoid disappointment, we must stress that there will be no access to the event for non-ticketholders.

• Barnes & Noble reserves the right to make new rules and orders in its sole discretion with regard to COVID-19 at any time and any person not abiding by the Barnes & Noble directives will be refused entrance or directed to leave the premises.

TICKET INFORMATION

• **A Book Signing with Aphmau Ticket ($25.85) includes one copy of APHMAU: SEARCHING FOR HOME: A GRAPHIC NOVEL along with admission to the event space to join the signing line and take a photo with Aphmau (LIMITED QUANTITY AVAILABLE)**

• To ensure the health & safety for all attendees, tickets are timed. Please pay attention to your time slot.
• Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your ticket time so that you can be checked in by store staff, receive a wristband and be placed in the line. Please have a copy of your ticket available (either printed out or on your phone) for check in.

GUIDELINES

• 1 ticket = 1 copy of APHMAU: SEARCHING FOR HOME: A GRAPHIC NOVEL and admission to the photo op/signing with Aphmau.
• The photo will be taken by a bookseller on the customer's camera or phone. Customers must hold onto all personal belongings, including bags and coats, during the photo op.
• The queue for your time slot will be formed on a first come, first served basis and indicated by numbered wristbands upon check in.
• Some outside queuing may be required, so please do come dressed appropriately for all weather.
• Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your time slot for check in. Your ticket will be scanned and you will receive a wristband.
• No memorabilia or merchandise will be signed at the event.
• Aphmau will personalize (name only) any copy of APHMAU: SEARCHING FOR HOME: A GRAPHIC NOVEL purchased in store.
• Barnes & Noble may cancel this event at any time with or without notice to the ticket holders.

ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES

• The exact time at which the event ends will be determined on the day.
• To avoid disappointment, we strongly advise you not to arrive any later than your timed ticket start time. Late arrivals may not have the opportunity to meet the author.
• Due to health and safety and space limitations, those without a ticket will not be permitted to join the queue.
• All event guidelines are subject to change.

REFUNDS:

Attendees can receive refunds up to 1 day (24 HOURS) before your event's initial start time of 5PM.

If you are unable to attend the event, Barnes & Noble - Huntington Beach will hold your book for seven days after the event. Please contact the store to arrange your pickup.

Should this event be canceled due to changing COVID-19 concerns, all customers will be refunded their ticket price to the original method of payment per Eventbrite's refund policy.
