Shumei SF Monthly Sampai

Join us for our Monthly Sampai service, held on the second or third Sunday of each month at 10:45 AM. We encourage you to arrive at least 10 minutes early to settle into the Sanctuary. If this is your first time, consider arriving an 30 minutes early to watch an introductory video and learn more about our practices—it will enrich your experience.

The service begins with bowing, clapping, and chanting the Amatsunorito, an ancient Shinto prayer whose sacred vibrations bring peace, purification, and happiness. We also chant the Zengensanji, a prayer composed by Shumei’s founder, dedicated to creating a world of harmony and light.

After chanting, we offer Jyorei spiritual healing to those who wish to receive it, followed by an inspiring keynote speech that provides spiritual insights, reflections, and guidance for daily life.

Following the service, stay for a nourishing hot lunch made with Natural Agriculture ingredients—a wonderful opportunity to connect with our community. While there is no fee, donations are appreciated.
