About this event
- Event lasts 2 hours
Celebrate PRIDE with creativity, community, and sound! Join KALW for an evening of audio storytelling, connection, and inspiration at Show-and-Tell: A Pride Gathering of Audio Makers. Whether you’re an audio veteran, a passionate beginner, or simply a fan of the medium, you’re invited to share your work—or just soak up the vibes.
🎧 What’s happening:
This is a casual, inclusive show-and-tell space where audio makers can present finished pieces or works-in-progress. We’ll prioritize pieces related to PRIDE—stories of identity, queerness, joy, resistance, love, and everything in between. If time allows, we’ll open up to other themes too.
All genres are welcome:
🎙️ Documentary
📝 Personal essay
🎭 Fiction
🌆 Soundscape
🎵 Music
🎛️ Experimental audio
🗣️ Don’t have something to share this time? No problem! Come to listen, support your fellow creatives, and get inspired for next time.
Bring your work, your curiosity, and your love of audio. Let’s uplift queer voices and share the power of sound.
