About this event

This two-hour workshop, presented by Lisa Kays and Lisa Sherper, two licensed independent clinical social workers, will be a didactic presentation with PPT slides covering research and information about relationships, how relationships are influenced by patriarchy, healthy relationship models and behavior, problematic relationship behavior, signs of domestic or relational abuse within relationships, and the liklihood of couple's therapy or relationship therapy in addressing relationship challenges. The presenters will leave time for questions and answers.

Is this therapy?

No. This is an educational workshop. It will not be therapeutic, though it may raise questions or provide information that you may use to foster your own personal growth or that you may want to share with your therapist.

Do you provide refunds if I have to cancel?

No. Given the administrative burden to manage refunds, we don't process refunds. However, if someone wants to purchase your ticket from you, you are welcome to share their email address with us and let us know about the swap.
