There is no age limit for this event but children younger than 13 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian 16yrs or older. Attendees age 13+ are not required to have a parent or guardian on site.

What time should I arrive for my ticket tier?

General Admission: Doors open at 5:30pm. VIP and PLATINUM VIP: Doors open at 4:15pm.

I'm a parent buying my child a VIP or Platinum VIP ticket. Do I also need the same tier?

If your child is under 13, a parent or guardian (age 16 or older) MUST purchase the same tier ticket as the child in order to attend the meet and greet with them. For guests age 13 and up, a parent or guardian is not required at the meet and greet.

Do I need to print my ticket or can I show it on my phone?

Either way works as long as the QR code is clear and apparent.

No large bags, large purses or backpacks will be allowed at this venue.

Can I bring gifts or letters for Shonyx?

There's no need to bring any gifts as your presence is a gift enough!
