An informal networking event for disabled, d/Deaf and neurodivergent artists/freelancers/art workers in Scotland.

Calling all disabled, d/Deaf and/or neurodivergant artists, freelancers, arts workers and organisations in Scotland. Come and join us for an informal, facilitated networking event to meet each other alongside partners and Lab artists from our new Shifting the Stage project.

Catering: light snacks, soft drinks and wine

This networking event is part of our Shifting the Stage Lab which is taking place in Glasgow from 19 to 23 January. Partners and artists from Sweden, Norway, Finland and Scotland will join us with Lab co-lead artists Ellen Renton and Luke Pell for a gentle, facilitated space to meet each other.

Shifting the Stage is a new Nordic co-operation project focussing on developing new disabled-led theatre and dance ideas for children and young people and beinging to create a Nordic network of disabled artists. The project is led by bibu Festival (Sweden) and Scenekunstbruket (Norway), Bravo! Festival (Finland) and Imaginate.

Tickets are free but please book a ticket via EventBrite so we know how many people are coming and anything you will need to enjoy the event. You're also welcome to bring a friend with you - we will be on hand to welcome you and make introductions.

The Tron has level access at main entrance and to all areas inside with accessible toilets on ground floor. The Victoria Bar is on the ground floor, there will be a BSL interpreter for the evening. You can find more access information for the Tron Theatre here.
