This isn’t your average happy hour—it’s where service-minded professionals come together to relax, build relationships, and unlock opportunities beyond the uniform or classroom. We all know many of us have a side hustle (or three)—this is your chance to connect with others who are building something, too. And even if you don’t have a side hustle yet, you’re still more than welcome. Come for the good vibes, stay for the real connections.

Legacy Shift Network started with one former ER nurse who realized overtime and another degree wasn’t going to get her out of the rat race. Something needed to change.
