Do we have to RESERVE SEATS??

Accepted Answer

NO!! You do not have to reserve seats.  The show is still free (with a suggested $20 donation for adults and $10 for students) and OPEN TO THE PUBLIC!   We look forward to seeing you at "As You Like It".

Question 2

Wait ... I thought that it was outdoors and FREE?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the show is still outdoors and FREE...and you are welcome to bring your own chairs. This year VSF's Board of Directors decided to try something new, with taking the hassle out of bringing the chairs from the car - to the park - and hoping that you can find a good seat!   We'll do it for you!

Question 3

What if it rains?  We live in New England, it is is possible, right?

In Shelton - the show continues under the pavilion, but in extreme weather situations, you will be contacted by a member of Valley Shakespeare Festival - and you can either transfer to a new date, request a refund or have the price of ticket donated to Valley Shakespeare Festival, a non-profit.

Where do we Park?

Parking is located in a lot across from the park at 415 Howe Avenue in Shelton, Connecticut.
