Spotlight Session Speaker: Larisa Ilin, Media Bloom Ltd and Digital Kindness SCIO

I am Larisa, a social media specialist with over 15 years of experience helping businesses and charities grow their presence online. Nearly 12 years ago, I founded Media Bloom, an Edinburgh-based company dedicated to supporting small and medium-sized businesses with social media strategy, management, training and community building.

Alongside Media Bloom, I also founded Digital Kindness SCIO, a charity focused on helping people and organisations feel more confident with digital tools. Seeing the impact of that work, from workshops to one-to-one support, has been one of my proudest achievements.

We will also be chatting about 2026 social media trends, how to make social media feel less overwhelming and more manageable, and where to focus your energy moving forward. There will be plenty of time for Q&A, so bring your questions and challenges with you.
