Welcome to She is Well!
She is Well is a transformative faith-based wellness retreat designed to nourish the mind, body, and soul. This retreat will provide a safe, restorative space for you to experience deep healing through prayer, scripture, and guided spiritual reflection on your relationship with Jesus. You will be invited to engage in group EMDR therapy, creative expression through art and storytelling, and gentle movement in nature to reconnect.
Throughout the retreat, you will enjoy nutritious, wholesome meals, opportunities to connect with other like-minded women, and immersive experiences that support emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. She is Well is more than a retreat, it’s a journey toward wholeness, healing, and renewed joy in your story and purpose.
