A full afternoon of Gi & No Gi 90 minute seminars from Hayley Carter, Danielle Tighe & Jolie Boyle, showing you their favourite techniques and those that work for them in competition at high level.
This Super seminar is open to all women at every belt level.
The first 20 to sign up for their ticket will get a free event T Shirt.
The seminars will start prompty at 12pm, starting with Hayley Carter. Then at 13:30 we will break to give the attendees a chance to spar, have drinks and snack (that are included in the ticket price) or chat with other ladies who have joined in for the day.
The next seminar will be from Jolie Boyle from 14:00-15:30. Then after we will have a 30 minute break again for sparring, drinks, snack and chats on the mats.
The final seminar of the day will be from Danielle Tighe and will be No Gi from 16:00-17:30.
At 17:30 we will have more sparring and finish with some Q&A until 18:00.
At 18:00 the wellness centre underneath The Jiu Jitsu sanctuary will be open for those who would like to take advantage of the facilities that Simply Wellness has to offer, Sauna, Infrared bed, Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber, Cryotherapy & Vitamin drips etc. These will be at an extra cost.
