Saturday evening at 6PM at the Statesville Civic Center

Celebrate Scotland's National Poet, your own Scottish ancestry, or just because you love his prose, the country and their music! We begin the evening with our very own bag piper who welcomes you into the event held at the Statesville Civic Center.

The Sharpe Family arrived in America in the 1700s via County Antrim, Ireland, however, they originally hail from Scotland along with hundreds of others

We also dedicate this year's Burns Night to the late Lisa Kellene Beeson McBroom, Librarian, educator and supporter of the Sharpe House and any all historical endeavors. Join us as we raise a glass to her.

Live music will be provided by Celtic Sessions. Authentic Scottish cuisine will be served, including the Haggis, after its ceremonial Piping In! Libations, both alcoholic and non for toasting for all those who attend! Seats are limited, so please review the ticket options and make your choices soon. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided. Tickets range from $70, $85 to $100.

Tickets must be purchased by Thursday, January 22nd at 9AM.

Frequently asked questions

Is the Haggis really a Scottish Haggis?

Unfortunately, it is not. It's an American version created by the owner of Scottish Gourmet INC who is indeed a real Scotsman! Also, it is NOT cooked in a sheep's stomach either. Almost every guest to our Burns Nights of the past have liked our Haggis.
