Additional Information About Attending Shows at Shark's Comedy Club:

  • Please allow yourself enough time to get to Downtown and find parking. There is often traffic and parking is not always easy. There are parking meters, paid lots, and many parking garages available.
  • To enter the venue, come to Frankie's Downtown on Main Street and head down to the basement.
  • We do not allow outside food or beverage in.
  • We suggest arriving at least 30 minutes early to get your seats, order food and drinks, use the restroom, etc.
  • Seating is first come, first served. To ensure you get the best seats, please arrive as soon as you can.
  • We suggest sitting as close to the stage as possible. This makes for a better show for everyone involved.
  • There is no two-item minimum per person. Feel free to come early and eat and drink upstairs. You can order food and drinks during the show as well.
  • You will not receive a bill at the end of the show. You can close out at the bar on your way out.

What is Shark's Comedy Club?

How can I purchase tickets for a show?

You can purchase tickets for Shark's Comedy Club shows through our website, on Eventbrite or at the front desk downstairs on the night of the show if tickets are still available.

Is Shark's Comedy Club 21+ only?

Anyone can attend a show at Shark's Comedy Club. If you wish to drink alcoholic beverages you will need to show your I.D.

Where do I park when I come to Shark's Comedy Club?

Shark's is at 1303 Main St, Dallas, TX 75202, at the corner of Main and Field. The club does not have its own parking. Downtown has paid lots, street parking and meters, which can be paid for with coins or via the ParkMobile app. We suggest arriving 30 minutes early at least for the best experience.

Do you serve food and drinks at Shark's?

Our underground lounge has a full bar and food menu. Depending on staffing, you will usually need to order food and drinks from the bar. On some nights, we have servers that can take your order from your seats or table.

When is the open mic and how can I sign up?

Shark's has a wild open mic every Thursday Night at 930PM. Comics can sign up in-person starting around 9PM. There is also a more traditional open mic every Friday Night after the 8PM show, which starts around 930PM. Comics usually get in free to the 8PM show and can sign-up in person.

How do I get booked at Shark's Comedy Club?
