Come Sharking With Us at the Montauk Shark Lab

Join us Sunday, August 10th from 10:00 to 11:30 AM at 467 East Lake Drive, Montauk — right on the water at the Montauk Anglers Club — for a hands-on, adventure-filled morning by the sea.

We’ll explore the Montauk Shark Lab, a research and education facility operated by the O’Seas Conservation Foundation. Known for their work in shark conservation and community education, the lab features interactive exhibits, live petting sharks, stingrays, seahorses, eels, and more. Kids will get an up-close look at these fascinating creatures while learning all about their importance in our local waters.

Togeter, we will:

  • A guided tour of the shark lab
  • Petting live sharks and marine life
  • A marina scavenger hunt and metal detector exploration
  • Painting real shark teeth to take home
  • Boat Trip to try and film Baby Great White Sharks!
  • Enjoying a small snack together at the end

We can’t wait to go sharking with you!
