Share of Lancaster Walk to Remember 2025

With more than 40 years of service to those who are in need, bringing comfort and understanding to families through every stage of the grief process, Share of Lancaster invites you to join us for the 23rd Annual Walk. For families who have suffered a loss, you do not walk alone.

Join us in Lancaster City, on Sunday, October 26th — 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m — to honor and remember your babies during Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month. Registration opens promptly at 5:00 p.m.

Registration is free however, you must register through Eventbrite

Free ticket registration is available for this event. You will be able to submit baby names and dates, memorial sayings, and photographs to be read and displayed during the memorial presentation.

Please indicate the number of people in your party for attendance.

This event is handicap accessible. Please identify during registration if handicapped seating during the service will be needed. We may arrange seating accordingly though there are plenty of areas that can accommodate handicap seating at the stadium.

Our annual event provides an opportunity for families who have experienced pregnancy or infant loss to come together for a time of remembrance. Come with your neighbors, friends, and family as we remember those who were gone too soon, and as we walk together with those parents who have experienced pregnancy and/or early infant loss in support and love.

The Event Includes

• Check-in and decoration of memorial keepsakes

• Release of balloons

• Memorial service by Chaplain Dana Statler

• Music by The Sour Grapes, Amy Lied, Robert and AJ Ross

• Announcement of names and placing of memorials on the dugout

• Celebration of our babies with a memorial video throughout the service

• Walk to remember/wave of light using electric taper candles around the stadium

• Snacks and beverages provided during the walk

Memorial Presentation

The presentation of names will be held as well as a video presentation.

Please submit name(s) and/or date(s) as well as memorial sayings during registration, and/or pictures that you may wish to share in our presentation through email. Please send all information and files to thewalkwithshare@gmail.com. The DEADLINE to submit is Friday, October 24th.

You will have an opportunity to identify during the online registration the name/dates and memorial sayings. You may also email them to thewalkwithshare@gmail.com.
