Florence and The Machine is today’s most powerful witch music, conjuring the inner wild in us all in a compelling haunting honest way, so explore her for this month’s SHAPES. The routine is her latest EVERYBODY SCREAM. (Have you heard it go listen).
The energy vibe of the class is historic choreomania, dancing plague of 1518, salem, scarlet letter, barefoot in the forrest, a dirty white dress or red blood inspired colors like the dress Florence wears in music videos etc. (but also whatever you wanna wear can be just sweats, I’m just painting a scene for those who love that prompt).
Everyone brings their own shape to the coven. We need you.

An ALL NEW class - you know I’m all about storytelling and it’s time to take it to the next level…introducing “Shapes” a lyrical movement class! That classic, deep, fluid, expressive, passionate life-is-so-serious these-are-all-my-feelings in movement poetry. And all the graceful shapes the body makes in the lyrical world to tell that emotional journey of a story.
