We will begin with a guided somatic meditation to root you into your body followed by a sound journey that weaves elemental magic allowing you to travel beyond the landscape of your mind and lastly space for tea and any reflections before closing. The elements of Fire, Earth, Air and Water can be found within and around us, this journey will allow you to connect with each of them.

This sound journey is facilitated by Scarlett, an experienced Therapist and Shamanic Practitioner, Embodiment Facilitator and Ceremonial Sound Healer.

Please bring a mat, blankets, cushions, eye pillow, journal/pen, water bottle and anything else you need for your comfort. We will be laid down for approximately 90 minutes.

Sound Journeys are not recommended for individuals who answer yes to any of the below, however you are welcome to take advice from your designated medical professional.

Are you currently under investigation and/or receiving care/treatment for any physical conditions/illnesses/injuries?
Do you have any joint pain or joint replacements including pins/plates?
Are you Pregnant? Have you recently given birth?
Do you have any implants and/or foreign bodies e.g. pacemaker/hearing aid?
Do you have any hearing relate conditions?

Are you receiving treatment for cancer?

Do you have any difficulties lying on your back?
Have you recently had surgery of any kind and have stitches or a healing wound?
