Are you ready to dive into the depths within?

This journey is an invitation to come home to yourself — to reconnect, release, and remember who you truly are.

Whether you’re feeling ready to let go of stuck energy and old patterns, or you’re in a space of alignment and simply wish to deepen your connection to self and whats sacred — this experience will meet you exactly where you're at.

During this immersive class, Hallie, your facilitator, will guide you through breathwork and somatic practices designed to awaken your life force energy and cultivate a deeper awareness within. From there, you’ll move into Conscious Connected Breathing (CCB) — a powerful technique that amplifies your inner energy, opens emotional and energetic pathways, and supports deep release and awakening.

Throughout the journey, you’ll be held in a sacred soundscape of shamanic chanting, rhythmic drumming, and energy work, creating a powerful field for transformation, healing, and renewal. During this time, Hallie will guide you in calling back the lost parts of yourself — inviting them to return home to your body and into the present moment.

We’ll then close with a grounding meditation to help you integrate and embody your experience — creating space for wholeness as you welcome back any fragments of self that may have been lost, given away, or left behind throughout your life’s journey.

Come breathe, release, and remember the wholeness that you are.

Doors close at 6 PM, you're encouraged to come early to claim your space and settle in.

Please bring a yoga mat and pillow. As well as blankets, your journal, water, and whatever helps you to feel safe and comfortable! See you there!
