We'll cultivate a dynamic relationship with the power of Shakti and deepen our capacity to beautifully handle the world as we step into the power of possibility. We women are reclaiming our sovereignty while joyfully creating community, peace, and a world of nurturing goodness.

We will connect in practices that explore the power of our voices and practices to move our bodies to unleash latent energy & clear outdated patterns held in the physical. There will be journaling, conversation, and movement all designed to deepen your own felt sense & relationship with Life Force energy.
This is an experience to touch the Divine with sisters by your side.Bring a yoga mat, water, journal, altar item to be charged with all the Shakti we cultivate, and be dressed to be able to move freely & comfortably.
