Session 1: Shake & Sound (12.15-1pm) — Studio Room, Content Studio

Through intuitive movement, rhythmic shaking, and gentle flow, you'll loosen what's been held, soften emotional tension, and ignite your natural life force. No choreography, no pressure — just you, your breath, and your body finding its own rhythm.

We'll close with a deeply restorative sound journey, allowing your nervous system to settle and absorb the release. Expect soothing vibrations from crystal bowls, chimes, and grounding tones that help you return to stillness, clarity, and inner balance.

Session 2: Winter Sound Bath (1-1.45pm) — Dark Room, Content Studio

Let the angelic sounds of crystal singing bowls, hypnotic beats of the shamanic drum, enchanting chimes and bells, and moving vibrations of wing gongs wash over you as you sink into deep relaxation.
